Stocks are limited and change regularly, due to our exceptional prices, and once sold will not be repeated — when a building is gone, it's gone. How Our Sale Price Buildings Are Made
Our Sale Price buildings use the same quality materials and construction as our bespoke buildings:
- Floor decks: heavy duty 4x2 C24 frame with additional supports, 25mm pine T&G floor boards
- Framework: 3x2 CLS timbers with a grey breathable membrane
- Cladding: shiplap (Scandinavian redwood) or weatherboarding
- Roofs: apex roofs on larger buildings use heavy duty roof trusses, 4x2 roof purlins and 18mm WBP ply decks, finished with mini-profiled black onduline corrugated roofing and ridge profile
- Pent roof buildings: heavy duty 4x2 roof decks in 18mm WBP, finished with EPDM rubber
Contemporary style buildings are double glazed throughout. Traditional style are normally 4mm float (specification varies according to type of building — see individual listings for details).
